Change Management
Recognizing that we are meeting at different points in each of our unique journeys, we facilitate systems change with a co-creative approach to collective growth and liberation. We specialize in supporting groups in their pursuits by taking a decolonized approach to evaluation and strategically designing integrative anti-oppressive frameworks for organizations of all sizes.
Sharing Story
In the spirit of reclaiming the rich history of gathering and exchanging knowledge through story, we take a decentralized approach to storytelling. In our community-engaged and consent-based approach to story-sharing, we disrupt tokenizing and extractive capitalist models of communication. We work with folks interested in sharing their own stories, as well as those who are amplifying the voices of social movements.
Resilience-building
As we work to sustainably strengthen our communities and movements, we envision a future without barriers to education and resources. Our practice aims to increase access to political education and centre accountability as care. We build solidarity between movements by designing community-informed curricula rooted in disability justice, healing justice, and principles of integrated anti-oppression.

custom workshops
From integrated anti-oppression to specific skills-building, such as storytelling or accountability as care, we can work with your team to design a workshop or series that fits you best. Each workshop is designed with accessibility at the forefront. We take a trauma-informed approach to facilitation as well, in an effort to increase access to skills-building and knowledge-sharing experiences.

design
We specialize in designing and hosting long- and short-term programs, ranging from cohort-based programs, youth programs, and guided community resilience-building efforts. Similar to our custom workshops, we take an accessible and trauma-informed approach to designing all of our programs.
consultation & evaluation
If your organization or group is interested in undertaking an evaluation process, needs assessment, or assistance with strategic planning, our team is also available for consultation. We can help your team write/rewrite policy, examine and redesign governance structures, or design and host open dialogues and consultations. Taking a decolonial approach to evaluation, we centre the needs of people and of communities while helping you achieve your goals.
